Worst company ever very irresponsible. They left this work (picture) unfinished And now im trying to sell my house and its failing inspection. Have been trying to fix this for couple months and they never answered me. Worst experience since the first day we sign contract to buy the solar panels. They only worry about selling you panel’s and money. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Never

The worst company to work with. Never work with them! Very very bad service. I ordered solar system installation in October 2023. The sales person promised that the installation begins in 1-2 months. The reality was totally different. The system was installed in May/June and My FTL bill is still the same (more than 250$/m). I wrote many emails, called 30 times and they never EVER answered me! I have no concerns about engineers who installed the systems but I need to highlight the following: - unfair sales - bad management - bad planning - NO SUPPORT This is the worst possible service I am going to take some legal actions since I am lacking any other solutions. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Order a Tesla Roof or Tesla solar panels instead.

Poor service. After the county did the inspection, Titan came back and replaced the panels with lower voltage ones. I have called Liliana the salesperson, for six months, she always promises to call back. Never does. My FPl was supposed to be near nothing, it is about $100 a month. Planing on taking legal actions.

My system was supposedly activated in November, but I haven’t seen any credits on my FPL bill in December, January, or February. What I DID get was the bill from Freedom Credit Company!

The installation team was quick and efficient. However, my project has been stalled for 5 months and Titan has done nothing to move it along. I've sent several inquiries and no one has responded. I would not recommend this company.
