If I could give them 3 and a 1/2 stars,that's what it would be. This is a local chain store that has variety of different items mostly for machinery, stuff for cars/car repairs, trailers, trailer hitches, lawn & garden, rubber gloves, work gloves, they also sell clothing and socks and hard to find items that are not ordinarily at Home Depot or Lowe's. They also sell cold soda and candy up by the register. If you go online sometimes they have specials or in the mail they'll send you a coupon for $5 off a $20 purchase $10 off a $50 purchase or $20 off a $100 purchase. If you can take advantage of those you can save some money on the items you're looking for. One tip is to look online for what you want to buy because if there is a special sale the store doesn't always have the proper pricing. We had to let the cashier know that the item we were buying was $30 less than the price he rang up because it was on sale. The staff was friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. Staff gets 4.5 stars! The reason I am giving the store 3 and a 1/2 stars is because there was only one cashier working at the time we were there and a lot of the shelves and racks are empty. Not everything is in stock but you can't really blame them for the supply chain issues! However, we found what we needed.

It is a shame that there are deceptions to customers in this way, I bought a metal cutting machine 8 months ago, it broke and they did not want to receive the machine because I did not have a receipt and I wonder why they associate your phone number with the purchase? It is not my problem if the system suffered damage. I am your client, I cannot have negative consequences for your system. I will soon speak with people with knowledge of the law to find out if this attitude can be adopted.

Was helped by Patrick. Great guy. Been here for 15 years and has a complete knowledge of the place and items sold here. What a great guys and even more he is great to deal with. I can’t tell your enough how great he is. Anyone interested to obtain any good from the store needs to talk to Patrick. I think he should run the store. Thanks Patrick.

They're always very helpful very friendly and The products that I purchase there such as air tool accessories are very long lasting and quality. The employees at northern are very knowledgeable about their products as well. Today 8/27/19 the cashier name "Marines" was very positive,informative and friendly to the customers before me and to myself . TY Northern Tool👍👍🏼👍🏾👍🏿
