Every time you come to this store, it feels like a new store… bc it has NOTHING IN STOCK. There is now a number system, so if you want someone to grab a product, you now have to wait for people who have ages of questions, to get someone to unlock a case. Never shopping here again.

I am very upset. I don't like being taken for a fool. I wanted to buy a TV. The manager persuaded me to pay attention to the open box. It's the same thing, but the box was just opened. When checking the package, it turned out that there was no electrical cable. The same manager said that this was acceptable. That's why they gave me a discount for opening the box. This is a lie. Open box is not sold as is. It's very disappointing when a store has reduced the quality of customer service to such an extent. Employees can now mislead the buyer.

Was my first time going to a Best Buy in a long time. There was an odd setup as you asked for help when you first walked into the store and pointed in the direction for what you were looking for. Once I found what I thought I needed, someone came up and asked if I had questions. I ended up going with my "gut," and the item I picked out worked perfectly. They had what I needed. It's was just a weird way to get to it.

This Best Buy location is our go-to store for buying appliances, computers, and TVs. They have a wide selection of everything, which we appreciate since it is a long drive here from home. This particular visit was a couple of months ago, when we were looking for a new TV for my apartment. I wanted the Sony Bravia 55" and they had it on sale and in stock. They also deliver. This was a win-win for me. I also use their Geek Squad to fix my desk computer if need be. They are very helpful and quick in diagnosing and repairing. Easy parking in the parking lot in front of the store. The staff has always been nice and attentive.
